The connection between food and happiness began at an early age for me. I was greatly influenced by my Peruvian grandmother and mother who spent endless hours cooking South American food for me as a child. I knew at a young age my passion was cooking.
I am a professional chef with extensive culinary experience. I have a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Culinary Arts degree from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute - Le Cordon Bleu. I am skilled in French, Italian, Mediterranean and Southwestern cuisine. I have worked in several restaurants including the nationally recognized James Beard award winning Rialto. I have also worked in catering, 4-star hotels, and as a private chef.
My goal as a personal chef is to create an upscale private dinner party service that delivers a memorable fine dining restaurant experience in the comfort of your own home.
